Payment

To validate your booking, please transfer a prepayment of 30% of the total fee. Your final payment can be made in cash or by transferring the total sum in advance. We do not accept credit cards, thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation

In case you wish to cancel your booking, the conditions as set forth by the Austrian Hotelregulation (“Österreichisches Hotelreglement”) apply. Competent Court of Jurisdiction: Zell am Ziller, Austria.

 In short:

Ҥ5.5 The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee.

§5.6 Outside the period specified in § 5.5., the Party may only rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:

- 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival;

- 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;

- 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival”.

Visitor‘s tax

For all visitors aged 14 or more, a legal tax must be paid. Currently this tax amounts to 1,50 Euro per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment price and will be charged separately.
